What is optimization?
“the action of making the best or most effective use of a situation or resource”
Optimization is the strategy in which we find the ‘best’ (most efficient) actions to take for our business. These actions could either work toward maximizing profits, minimizing costs or finding the most efficient way to pay employees. And, no, optimization is not just an economic theory or business platform! Rather, it takes part in almost every facet of our day-to-day lives. For instance, optimization is used in easing traffic, shortening airport lines, organizing and reducing costs of ordered supplies, and making smart stock purchases.
